Dying can be confusing. First tell the dead they have died, even if years have gone by. Then tell them you love them, say goodbye, and urge them to slough off the denser earth energies and go to the afterlife when they’re ready. You can both connect easier that way. This gives wings to energy.
Most of us will lose someone we love, human or animal. Learning to honor our dead and ourselves, and move on, requires us to love. That is why I call the process loving on. We will never stop loving our dead, or they us, but we can move on without them by loving on—by knowing and living the truth that we loved and were loved.

We need strong energy boundaries to filter what’s coming at us and what we experience. They also help us develop our intuition to support our personal and business lives.
Who has a soul? Truth is, everything is alive, and everything has a soul, from people to animals, water, trees, even hurricanes.
It’s a new year, with new ambitions and goals! What about trying something different: not a resolution but a mindset change!
When a tragedy occurs, as in the 12-18-17 train derailment in Washington state, we need to make sure we maintain strong energy boundaries.
In this Intuitive Moments video, I briefly touch on how spiritual growth starts with mindset.
