Our spiritual team, also called spirit guides, are here to support us mind, body, and spirit. But they can’t do anything unless we ask them. Some tips on working with them.
Whether you’re looking for a career change, to expand a hobby, or to explore new options, choosing a dream involves body mind and spirit work. That includes inviting your spiritual team to support you, exploring what it takes financially, emotionally, and physically to do this work (and of course spiritually), planning it out, believing in yourself, and moving forward. Be as practical and far-thinking as you can be. The world needs you. And consider working with the crystal malachite, which helps you keep even emotionally and boost you up in tough situations while helping create new ideas.

All beings can heal, it’s innate. Horses are powerful healers, reminding us that we can create community, offer compassion and healing, and thereby act as ‘yeast’ in the world, raising consciousness.
I know to listen to my intuition, but one day I didn’t. So I parked in a spot and my car got hit by someone backing up. Claircognizance, or clair-knowing, is the intuitive ability to know something. So if you suddenly get an intuitive knowing, listen to it, and maybe save yourself from a car accident. Or worse. Learn to pay attention to your intuition–all the time.
We can connect with crystals using our intuition: ask a question and get an answer by hearing it speak, seeing pictures, feeling emotions, and just knowing.
