Yes we all need healthy energy boundaries. Problem is, not too many people know what that means, or how to manage them. But if we do, we will discover it will boost our intuition.
Yes, our intuition can fail us! But there are things we can do about it.
In this article posted from The Wellness Universe, I talk about how important it is to say goodbye to our dead. We are grieving, and so are they, and saying goodbye helps both sides move on. It doesn’t mean we can’t continue to connect with them over time, but it acknowledges that a change has occurred, and keeps the energy moving.
To be our best selves we have to learn to manage our energy boundaries. They help us keep our energy to ourselves, and to keep outside energies from people, places, and things from interfering with us. This is how we develop our intuitive and healing abilities.
My dog, Murphy Brown, and I learned energy boundaries the hard way. I developed symptoms similar to her beginning UTI, and finally realized it wasn’t me, it was her. This is a hard way to learn about energy boundaries! The human-animal bond in action!
