Measure success in terms of body, mind, and spirit. What are you doing to grow your soul? Success isn’t wealth and fame, it’s trying to be our best everyday, and celebrating all the ways we contribute to the world as we boost family, friends, co-workers, our animal families, and the world around us.
Exploring body, mind, and spirit challenges can help us focus on what the challenge is and our options. Accepting a challenge means we can never fail. We may goof, but we’ll learn something, and can apply it to next time. Remember, we are here growing our souls.

As we end 2019, we come together to celebrate the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere and the southern solstice in the south. The season changes give us an opportunity to reflect on the year. Now, as 2019 and a decade end, we can choose a limiting belief to let go of and choose a new belief that will carry us into 2020 and a new decade and help us be our best selves.
